Details: $53,996 - $74,245 (Starting range)
$94,494 salary maximum
Job Description
Responsible for programs to monitor compliance with appropriate Local, State and Federal regulations for resource recovery and solid waste management facilities.

Duties may include: Providing technical support for SWA well maintenance, water use permits, deep well injection, hydrogeologic evaluations, and investigative research; manage data and information management systems with regards to environmental air and water quality; evaluate laboratory reports for analytical trends and regulatory compliance.
Further responsibilities may include: Conducting environmental audits at landfills, facilities, transfer stations and storage tank systems; coordinating greenhouse gas reporting and Title V air compliance programs; developing best management practices, updating Pollution Prevention Plans and manuals relating to Environmental Programs; act as Response Team Coordinator for material release incidents; reviewing regulatory updates/rule changes and perform other comparable environmental field or office work.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required with major coursework in Geology or Engineering (preferably environmental or civil), with minimum two years related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's Degree with thesis can be substituted for related work experience.
